Course of the evening
19:00 – Welcome to the SKY 2027
To begin the evening, we welcome our guests with a cocktail – also available alcohol-free upon request – to toast to an unforgettable night ahead.
19:30 – 23:00 – Tapas Flight
Selected dishes are served in small portions in flying dinner style. Look forward to a delicious journey from starters to main courses and desserts.
11:50 p.m. – Get ready for 2027
Just before midnight, we’ll serve a bottle of champagne for a toast—one bottle per two people.
Continue partying in the bar
After midnight, our guests have the option of moving to the bar and continuing the party. Please note: There is no guaranteed seating in the bar.
